Re: Practice time?

I do 7 to 20ish hours a week. Of course I mix Didjeridu and Shakuhachi in with my practice so probably 7 to 15 solid hours of spheres. I'm on a computer all day (sometimes 16 hours straight ) so have to really "juggle" time on my tendons and muscles. It's a bit annoying sometimes when I simply can't allow myself to practice because I've already over worked my hands on the #$%&ing computer. This is where the didj practice really kicks in and makes it all ok.
