Ferret will try to build and place large signs at key points on your drive in, to keep you on course, He has been meaning to build these 'sandwich boards' for the SCA for a while now, and using them, the first time for this convention, will get him off his ass about making them. Don't expect to see them till you get to Gunn Highway, but they should help after that.
btw Gunn Highway is not really a 'Highway,' it's a country road with a high speed limit, and a lot of twists and turns. So be not dismayed or confused, and be careful when driving it! There is sometimes deer and wandering livestock on this road.

Driving directions from Tampa International Airport.
After checking with a number of taxi companies, the cost from Airport to Site proved to be quite expensive. So 'the Ferret' has decided to do this himself (at least this year) Azure's 35 gallon tank will be filled, and you'll be giv'in an I-275 rollercoaster ride; the only seat that faces forward in Azure is the Drivers ;-)
4 Pick-ups will be made on Friday, between 10 am and 4 pm. 5 People with gear can fit into Azure, so talk amongst yourselves, find a window of arrival, and Ferret will do his best at saving ya some bucks.

Driving directions from Interstate Highway 4 (coming from the East, from Orlando):
Take the Interstate Highway 4 from Orlando. [have a nice drive till almost downtown Tampa]
Take the I-275 SOUTH exit on the left. [0.5 mile]
Merge onto I-275 S. [4.7 mile]
Take the SR-60 WEST exit, exit number 20, towards TAMPA AIRPORT/CLEARWATER. [0.4 mile]
Then follow the directions from waypoint 3 of the route from Tampa International Airport.

Driving directions from Interstate Highway 75 (coming from the North; from Gainsville/Ocala):
Follow the directions from waypoint 6 (when you're on the I-75)

Driving directions from U.S. Highway 19 (coming from the North, from Tallahssee):
When you are coming from between Tallahassee and Tampa, then take this U.S. Highway 19, follow directions from waypoint 5.
But if you are coming from Tallahassee or North of there, then it's best to take the Interstate 10 to the Interstate 75 and then follow directions as the link from the I-75/Gainsville indicates
