    Starting in the right palm, butterfly to the cradle. Back-back pass to the left cradle. butterfly to the palm. Butterfly back to cradle. Back-back pass to right cradle. Butterfly to right palm. Repeat.

    This is the exact opposite of the palm-palm butterfly.

    I know, for this clip I had to keep things as little as posible and I had to keep my arms quite well outstreched in front of me.
    It's difficult to CJ with a webcam looking just over your shoulder.
