This is taken from toss juggling - I can\'t remember what the original name for it was.
Start with a ball in each hand - left hand waist-height in front of the right hip, palm up, and right hand shoulder-height, palm down in front of the left shoulder.
Drop the right hand ball, and at the same time, toss the left hand ball straight up.
Move the hands to their own sides of the body, so you catch both balls at the same time.
Move the hands back to their original positions, and repeat.
