| Kevin Smith's notes: This move in reality is not much harder than the back arm roll-to front. However, I have noticed that audiences like it a whole lot. The key to this when the ball is starting back down on the front of the arm, to lift the thumb from the ball in the palm so that it doesn't look like it is in a thumb hold. |
