kverens: To do a one-handed curl, place a four-stack in your right hand, then rotate your arm at the elbow, anti-clockwise, parallel with the ground (the stack goes between your arm and your side). You will get to a point where you cannot rotate any further - lift the stack higher, and continue the rotating above your shoulder, until you have completed two circles, and are back in the start position. That is a one handed curl. Now do it while the stack is spinning.
marco: To do a two handed alternating curl, you do a curl in each hand. Start the right hand going first, then start the left hand when the right hand is just over/beside your head. James Ernest writes that this is the most complicated multi ball trick he has ever seen done. It is also possible to do the curl symmetrically.
