descriptionkverens: This is a bit tricky, as it is mostly an arm roll while your are moving things around in your hand. This causes your tendons and muscles to shift, which makes the surface of your arm a lot more random than usual... The secret to doing this, I have found, is to forget about what you are doing in the hand - concentrate completely on the arm roll. This means that you must be able to do your two-ball palmspin without thinking at all about it. Start first by learning a two-ball palmspin with a ball balanced on the inside of the elbow. Then learn the armroll, using the elbow as a rest spot until you are confident you can roll it back down safely.

    different way

I find this is easier to do if you raise up your palm while keeping the elbow at the same level. Doing this slightly will send one sphere rolling down the arm, make sure you maintain speed with the other two in the palm. Hope this helps!
