    descriptionkverens: This is just like all catches in that the catching limb always moves up to meet the ball, then moves down with the ball, slowing it's fall. The place I chose to catch here is just behind the base of the second and third toes. If you curl the toes back, you can make an acceptably smooth area to catch the ball. Another, more difficult, place to catch the ball is on the side of the foot, just above the fleshy pad of the arch. This, I believe, is the catch Viktor Kee uses in an interesting three-ball shower.
