    descriptionkverens: The orbital isolation, as far as I know, is the easiest to learn. It involves a two-ball palm spin, where one of the balls is held as still as possible spatially. To learn it, do it as slow as possible, always concentrating on the ball you want to stay still. When the ball moves down, move your hand up to compensate. If the ball mves left, move the hand right, etc.
    antikr0m: I find it very helpful to look at a point(such as the corner of a book) and try to keep the isolated ball as close to that point as possible.
