descriptionkverens: Have one ball thumbed, and another on the cradle of the same hand. Toss the cradled ball, then turn your hand over and toss the other. Catch the first tossed ball, quickly thumb-hold it, and turn the hand over to catch the second ball in the cradle.
TimAllgd: Another variation of this which can prove rather tricky is to start out the same way, with one ball in the thumb hold, palm-down, and the other ball in the cradle. Then you toss both balls up at the same time and snag the higher ball (the one that was originally in the cradle) in the thumb hold and then quickly whip your hand down under the other ball and catch it in the cradle. I find the speed required for this makes it rather hard and I recommend first practicing with bean bags to get the movement down.
