A way around this is to concentrate on your weak hand, and trust your other hand to know what it's doing. Before learning this, you should learn the Assymetrical Butterfly - the reason for this is that The Assymetrical gives you the chance to learn how to move two balls in two seperate hands, and concentrate on only one hand at a time. Another thing to watch out for in the Symmetrical is that when you do a normal one-ball Butterfly, your shoulder moves as well. In the two-ball, this movement is stopped somewhat be the actions of the other shoulder - a dampening act... So you have to concentrate that little bit more...
