    Put your hands together with a ball in the cradle position on the back of the hand. Do a butterfly without taking your hands apart. It helps to have a little bend in the wrist as well, as trying to follow the basic figure 8 pattern. Rinse Lather Repeat.

    This is simply a butterfly with both hands held with palm and fingers together. The ball is constantly on the back of one or the other ball
