    descriptionkverens: when the ball passes the first elbow, angle the forearm downwards. that makes the biceps form a better angle for the roll. when the ball reaches the first shoulder, it passes just above the armpit. nudge it gently across the chest by moving the body. the hardest part of the move is rolling the ball down the far arm. be very aware of teh ball when you get that far.
    ian: the arms stay nicely rounded, which makes for a good silhouette and you stay relatively still, so that the ball is more the focus than the motion you put into making it do it.
    kverens: Note the way the hands twist as the ball rolls over the upper arms - this is because of the way I twist the forearm to get a flat area on the biceps
