kverens: This is like the initial movement you learn to start learning the three ball cascade in toss juggling. Start with one ball at the elbow, and one in the palm. Toss the elbow ball towards the hand. When you're about to catch it, toss the palm ball back to the elbow and catch it there. Repeat.
