kverens: Very smooth version of the 2b Genie Roll. My own version has the arms more flat, with the hands constantly touching, but this one looks a lot easier, so is probably best to learn first. I mean the hands are constantly touching the opposite elbows - the inside arm has the "pinkie" touching the inner elbow, and the outside arm has the thumb touching the elbow.
