more hoop isolations. more two hoop stuff. more poi with hoops... really, that about sums it up. oh yeah, and the hoops glow. there, that sums it up.

this was my first performance and it went pretty well. really, i don't think i can say much more about this. so yeah... here it is -

Wow! Loving the two hoop in one hand starting at 3:47 the one move at 3:56 was perfect! Great stuff! Were you doing all the hoop stuff back when I met you at Lincoln? Anywho, keep it up. I just wish your hoops were perfectly round. THat would most of your isolations completely sick!

haha. when i first saw the video i couldn't tell whether the hoop was off, or my isolations were off.

i've been digging through my memory a bit and can't figure out when/where we would have met out in lincoln. i think you may be confusing me with one of a few different people i know that went to flatlands last summer. otherwise we have actually met and i suck as a human being.

hrm..... I do remember some of the people from your videos. I thought I remembered you, and definately remember the name Kadeth, which is the account the videos on. But hey, maybe I've wacked myself in the head with my staff just one to many times... Razz

I would want to see you more, though. isolations when you are hiding in the dark have little to no reference point as to what they are isolated against.

That song reminds me of Durbs, from a video he did so long ago...

Your technique is really fun, though. I love the illusions and the poi being mixed together.

until you mentioned that, I had no idea it was so dark. the dvd copy that I ripped it from was very clear for the most part, but it looks like a lot of the video quality was lost after it was compressed. mrr. oh well.
