The question; "how to get the last ball on top of the second pyramid", was recently asked on the forum. I thought it nice to have an animation of one of the mentioned possibilities on our site. First put a 4stack (aka. a pyramid) on one hand. Place a 5th ball in the palm of the hand holding the pyramid (the four balls on the palm of the hand are now arranged like the flatdiamond, with the 5th ball on top of three of the palm balls.) Take the three more balls in the other hand and pinky-lift the one nearest to the other hand. Place the 5th ball from the other hand on top, right after the pinky-lift. (of course the pinky-lift is optional, but I think it looks nicer that way.) |

| What size acrylics are you using I have 3" and am getting discouraged, I can palm spin 3 fine except I can't seem to keep them from clacking together which of course drops the fourth ball. |

| These here are 2.5", but that's only becouse I don't have 8 large balls. With these 2.5"-ers I actually have a problem that they are actually too small; when I pinky/thumblift a pyramid, they tend to not stay together (one ball is already back inthe palm when the other still need to settle on top). I think most people will like to do this best with 2.75", although I will want to learn this with 3" balls soon. So that can make a routene starting with one ball body rolling and adding balls as I go, I just hope I don't commit plagarism by doing that ;-) |
