I started playing with hoops last july and figured out how to move isolations a few weeks later. Fast forward eight months and we have a video.

Aside from the shot in the grass, the clips were pulled from a 4 and a half minute unchoreographed video shot to "From Your Mouth" by God Lives Underwater. Since there are visibiliy problems with the magenta hoop, part of the video had to be cut, and "Smash it up" took the place of "From Your Mouth". It doesn't sync up quite as well as I'd like it to, but I got impatient and rushed it like mad. I'll post one of those time consuming badass videos a bit down the road. Anyways, here it is - my pride and joy.

Also, a very special thanks to Kadath, who helped me shoot the video and showed me how to isolate a hoop.

Nice work! Yay for contact hoop!

To answer your question, dgs... one of the best ways to get a reflective hoop is to carefully wrap a plastic hula-hoop in reflective tape.

Circus tape (used for decorating club handles) is perfect for the job... you can find some in the US through serious juggling:

maybe at some point in the future. right now when I think about that though, I see a tremendous amount of typing. although it would be pretty cool to invent my own technical jargon...
