Wow that is a REALLY nice site, LOTS, like ALL, of the pen mod instructions. Though kinda vauge at times, you can get it though.
Also pretty good tutorials. Thanks.
What pens do you guys use? I've been messing around with my RSVP's. Gonna try and find some hybric gel grips. My teacher might have some, she collects gel pens...She's wierd...

I've been penspinning for about a year now, and I have to say, it's really addictive.
You all have probably found it, but www.pentrix.com and its old site, pentix. If you brose UPSB, you can find a lot of pen mods. My favorites are the RSVP MX (you can substitute a uniball gel pen's grip as opposed to the hybrid gel grip grip), and the UM-100 MX.
If you live in America, you will have to fight hell and high water to get a hybrid gel grip. For all pens that call for that grip, I find that the Uni Ball Gel Pen has a grip which works great.
BTW, the UM-100 pen is made by Uniball, and has no grip. It almost looks identical to the UniBall Gel Pen, except with a raised surface for the grip.

I am also an avid pen spinner and I am kinda from the old school. The creator of pentrix.com and upsb, Kam, and I have hung out a couple times before. This manipulation goes deep and gets very difficult. I highly suggest that all the CJs out there give it a whirl. If anyone has any questions I would be happy to answer |

A load of us turned up for a casting for a mobile phone manipulation advert a few years ago, none of us got the gig. They did make sure they caught our moves on video, however.
Then an ad appeared with a load of model types doing the same moves we showed them, only all with the aid of CGI.
I've never bought a Sony Ericsson since.
That showed 'em, huh... _________________ Sausages and plants and goldfish |
