hey im new to cjing and i really would like to know how to start off learning the 1b palm iso spin i have a 70mm clear acrylic ball and 100mm soft plastic practice ball so could some one help out or send me some links that will help or explain it ?

Hello Dan,

take a look at ryans excellent "the four basic isolations" found in the essay section. there is some extremely good help in that!

Set aside a year or two for practice with this one, sooner or later you'll have them nailed and will be able to do them with your eyes closed, but don't be discouraged if they seem to take ages to get good cos it does take ages!

Hmmm. BMX eh? What style do you ride? Flatland totally amazes me, it's beautiful.
