do you mean one ball palm spin isos?
Or all isolations in general?
For palm spin isos, when changing hands, I use one point as a switching point , and use thesame point everytime. usually passing the ball from my thumb on one hand to the base of the thumb on the other. this way, you get a nice even, one full palmspin before switch thing going on. and it looks pretty.
If you mean all isolations ingeneral, please have a look at other threads, and if you are unable to find what you need, start a new one. Or, read Ryan's four basic isolations essay, in the essays section this site. _________________ With practice, You too could be like Ryan Mellors... |
