|
|
Hi
I was talking to Dimitri in Liverpool and he gave me a training tip:-
Hold 2 balls in your hand
Isolate one and spin the other around it without it touching the
isolated ball
Does the isolated ball stay exactly in the one spot or are you allowed to move it around a bit as the other ball 'rolls' around it?
Perhaps I misunderstood what he was telling me
Can anybody help or point me at some advice?
Any help will be appreciated

Yep, the ball should stay in the exact same spot..
Getting this ball isolated properly makes this move very special, but if the iso'd ball is moving around it can look just like a standard two ball palmspin. _________________ Sausages and plants and goldfish |

This move (one ball circles an isolated ball) is really good to learn a one ball iso. The fingers and hand keep making the same movement when you take out the orbiting ball. _________________ Look into the sphere Sarah,.. it can show you your dreams,... |
