Cool! I liked the silliness of it.
Congrats on the neck roll, you looked pretty stoked about it. Got any tips? I've been trying to learn that roll with a pirouette for months! _________________
lol you reminded of me a couple of months ago working with my chest rolls.. used to had a similar problem until i realized what i was doing wrong when o say myself on a video... so it could help you a lot to improve your chestroll and neckroll..
you tend to lower your arms when you rolling the ball through you arms, that make the ball to loose its path therefore makes its difficult to have a better control.
what i did to solve that problem was that i practiced elbow stall for 3 weeks, helps you get your arms higher and parallel to the ground, so you grab a habbit to keep your arms a little bit higher.. next thing you realize chestrolls appear to be much easier.

Here is another one. I am working on some 2 ball roll work.
And there are 2 moves that I am focusing on.
One is the 2b skip-to-ma-lou (I dont know what its called, so I named it myself). Which I attempt many times on this vid.
And the other is a 2b opposing chest roll (which I will post soon hopefully) Where I start a chest roll, and midway through the move you start the second sphere into the roll so that they are at opposite sides at all times.
Idealy this move can be done many times in a row as a circle, just like the standard chest roll. Just takes more balls.

lol. I have never done much Iso or palm spinning.
I will admit that I have been in and out of CJing for a while. I would go 8 or 9 months without even seeing my Cjing spheres. Only recently in the last month have I even got back into CJing.

Know the feeling well, its hard to motivate ones self to practice at times.
