I hate introductions, but it seems kind of rude not to say hello - sort of like opening a stranger's door without knocking and saying, "I'd love a cream tea, thanks for asking - do you have any digestives?" while they try to work out if you're a relative or a psychopath or both. Anyway, I don't get to practice contact juggling a lot (whenever I do my downstairs neighbour starts sharpening his pitchfork) but I've been watching videos here for a while now and think it looks pretty bloody magic. So.. yes. Hello.

You know, I was in Starbucks doing that hand-crossover-isolation thing today (as you do). And about twelve people came over and started asking me to read their fortunes or do another trick (damn them) or call the mother ship or whatever - it was kind of nice. They've made me want to be a master contact juggler when I grow up, so I thought I'd come here and learn. Who knows, this time round my enthusiasm might even last a whole fortnight!

Sorry, I don't always use this many words to say so little. Promise.

And a new UK empire shall be built, through contact juggling... MUAH HA HA HA HA!

Loosely translated as 'hi from one of the other new UKers here this week'. Very Happy

Cheers for the welcome - where in England're you from, Redster?

Lord no, you tepooka guys are all so hardcore - you might not tolerate any of my nonsense! Fingers crossed for next week. How'd your Witchery gig go? Did the bride and groom exchange vows by drinking each other's blood?

Hm, maybe - what time is it on?
Look forward to it - I've got to stop watching those old Christmas videos, it can't be the time of year yet when listening to Slade and Wizzard is acceptable..

Pfft, it's November, you should be fine. If shops and advertising are anything to go by, Xmas songs were acceptable back in September. Wink

Though you'll have to excuse me if I ram cheese in my ears before it all drives me insane. Very Happy

Who knew that "I wish it could be Christmas everyday" would turn out to be such an accurate dystopic premonition? Gingerbread lattes all round, eh?
