Hi

So i find this movement quite beautiful, in its skill and the esthetic of the movement, so i want to ask a few questions about it.
in terms of head i can do a solid front stall, and transitions front to temple i have a solid one for one direction trying to get the other one right. Temple to temple stall i can do it in a kinda 10 tries. So if you can point me the description of the movement ( or in a gif/video that could present it) and "what to have" in terms of solidity to achieve the movement.
The part that i dont cpature so well what do i have to do to pull the ball a bit up to the temple, slide in the back of t he head, and then turn the head to a temple point? i have dreadlocks so i know some head movements are harder to get still i put them up to get around neck rolls and so.
thank you for your attencion
peace for you

Very Happy
