Ok so I've been a member for alittle bit now, I've even posted a topic in another section, but I've yet to properly introduce myself. I first started CJ about a month ago, at the KC Ren. Fest, Before that, the only form of CJ I knew about was from the movie the Labrynth, which i know is pretty lame to get started from, but ever since I got my ball I've become an addict to it, I get yelled at by my mom for CJ'ing the orange at breakfast. So far I'm sticking to pretty simple moves but I'm slowly getting good. I find isolation really hard though even the easyest ones, not sure if thats the same for all beginners. |

Isolations are really easy in theory. Move the hands and body to counteract the movement of the ball. The problem is its not as easy as it sounds. For every move the ball makes, you have to do the opposite. It takes some work to get the polished up a bit. I worked the KC fest btw I was Lord Shizzle (aka pants man with bright orange pants) _________________ Twirls Way Incredible Staff That He'll Eventually Make 488 |

Hi there
I can't do isolations at all...maybe because I don't feel they're "my kind of thing" (yet...).
Anyways, have fun.

Hee, I've been trying to do it with fruits and stuff too, while I'm waiting for my balls to ship here. Mom was a little worried when I tried it with the decorative (and way big) squash she got; it was the wrong shape but I was able to flip-flop it on the rounded side. Heehee. |
