Salut!

I can pretty well isolate my 4' clear sphere with both hands, both ways...
But impossible to change hands while spinning! Crying or Very sad

The only way I can do it is laterally, in the mood of 'greg's grip"...
I'd like to change from above, or from below...is there a way to do it that one can explain, or may I have to try again and again (though it's not really a problem)?

Thanks and good evening!

I have an easier time bringing my hand out in front of the isolating hand and then moving it under the acrylic and push the current isolating hand in towards my body and out from under the ball.
I also like to do the 1b 2h crossed over isolation to change hands. Very Happy

As Ryan would say:
Pick a movement you want to isolate, like moving the hand to the side of the ball and then roll it to the other hand. Now try to isolate that movement by moving your hand in opposite direction of the rolling ball.
Do it in front of a mirror. Check where the ball is moving. If it is moving a little up, move your hands a little down, etc. Work in small steps and and bump for bump till it's getting better and better!

P.S. wow three reply's in like 15 minutes!

Hey Imp!
I understand the advices you gave me...I apply this everyday, as far as I can...
Actually the problem is not to isolate the ball, I can do it (not perfectly, of course!)
The problem is:
How to change hand other than from the side?

Fraxture:
I tried your thing, but not good at it! Crying or Very sad

Brine child:
Good idea!
Will have to find a flourish to do that!

Thanks for help guys Very Happy

If you have other advices...

Bonne soirée!!

apply imps advice to changing hands in whatever direction you fancy.
you might have to make it up for yourself :shock-horror:
also work with loads of different 2 handed isolations as they are full of useful movements to use with transfers.

Hold the ball in your left hand.

Now, hold the ball in your right hand.

Ta da!! *insert jazz hands*

Apply this to your isolations.

Very Happy Wink Laughing

Not what I'm getting at, but you're thinking, I like that...

Jazz hands just goes so well (like cheese and marmite) with the 'Ta-Da!!' sound...

Very Happy
