Hi
I'm practicing all the 'parts'of palm spinning one ball but the ball is still wandering all over
Does anybody have any hints for practicing making the ball isolate better
i.e
I'm happy with my progress so far and I'm following all the advice I've been given (Thanks, Guys) and seen here on the forums/videos
I now want to work on getting a better isolation of the ball
Does anybody have any advice or exercises for making the ball
stay in the one place
Hope I have explained this O.K
Thanks again
TJ

"the slower you work, the faster you progress" (Thanks Drew !)

You can work with an eye closed and focus the other on the ground behind the ball. So can you see every little move of the ball.

Combination of mirror, slowing down, patience and paying attention to when and why the ball isn't isolated

another good thing to do is meet up with good contact jugglers. I swear by it. Insted of learning its more like absorbing. You get linked directly to years of experience and it takes out alot of the guess work. Its like nitro boosters added to your learning curve, it just starts to skyrocket Smile

Man I'm still sifting through the absolute crazyness of meeting up with Jea9 Very Happy (I swear I've jumped like 10lvls in ninja class since Razz )
...not to mention Ryan, Daydream, and of course LTC (who is tripping me out alot lately Wink )

So get out to a convention. I'd say EJC in Ireland next month, Bristol in early Sept I think, are the next goodies to attend.
